1.1 Motivational Factors
The main motivational
factor is that the users of android mobiles and mobile applications are
increasing rapidly. Likewise the android platform enables the developers
through the documentation and tools and enables to express the developer’s
creativity. In the context of Nepal, there is less number of android mobile
applications that provides the much more relevant information such as the
features, locations and religious norms and values of the various religious
places in the Kathmandu city. And survey shows that necessity of apps in Nepal
that helps the travelers to find the religious places in the city. During, my
visit to these religious places, I found many of them did not know about the
history and importance of the places. Some of the visitors were lost during
their visit in such places and some were unable to find location of their
destinations. For they have to prefer some sorts of guides like friends, taxis,
relatives or maps during their visit in such religious places in the city. All
these factors motivate me to develop an application for the user in Kathmandu
city to give more information about the various religious places in the
